For urgent issues which endanger shop or office operations we are always reachable by phone and an express intervention will be planned. Preventive maintenance

 
Prevention is better than cure

Your new project is a beauty and needs to remain in top shape. Hence we offer as after service the option to plan periodic maintenance on all aspects of your new building or office which require regular maintenance.

The preventive maintenance plan is based on the specific needs of the customer. Some examples of periodic maintenance contracts:

  • Yearly inspection and maintenance of roller shutters, sliding and manual doors
  • Maintenance and replacement of filters of the full HVAC installation, inclusive heat pumps, the central heating kettle, airco, and heat curtains
  • Lighting: replacement of all non functional lighting
  • Lighting: preventive replacement of all spots
  • Painting: periodic repainting of all walls and correction of damages
  • Floor: machine cleaning and maintenance
  • Furniture: inspection of damages and repairs

With the customer a time window is agreed within which the periodic maintenance needs to be conducted. We are continuously on the road to keep your offices and shops up-to-date.

Reactive maintenance

Malfunctions are not only annoying, they are also the cause of income loss and additional personnel costs. Also the safety of personnel and goods cannot be safeguarded because of a sudden malfunction.

Hence we offer reactive maintenance. This includes different handyman works and more specialised works like HVAC, electricians, sanitary, roller shutters, etc.

By sending an email to our service center, your demand for a specific intervention will be planned.

For urgent interventions our customers can always reach our call center.

Incoming intervention demands are translated into work orders and sent to the experienced technician. These work orders are dealt with quickly and efficiently within the agreed SLAs. After the execution of the intervention, the customer receives a report.

One of the greatest assets is the flexibility we can offer for express interventions. Since technicians are always on the road in the whole country, we can rapidly respond to urgent demands. For instance a sliding door which cannot open or close, an electricity malfunction, a broken shop window, water leakage or a defect in a roller shutter.

Own workshop

Each shop is different en even after done thousands of interventions we still receive unique demands. Fortunately we can react rapidly and creatively thanks to our workshop with own production for metal operations, roller shutters, wood and plexi operations and printing. This allows us to repair malfunctioning roller shutters and supply new point of sales material in no time.

We always keep a large stock of different materials and often keep recovered materials from the shop. This allows us to resolve interventions efficiently and rapidly.
